True Fitness + Toshiba Laptop

My company has changed to True Fitness, supposed to announce it to everyone in July -August but due to reason below didnt do that. Hardcore managment so we gotta work extra hard. I do not actually mind b'cos i m working in sales, working extra hard will only means earning more bucks, unlike in AssAF where your pay is fixed, no point working so hard. Every 10th and April, July & Dec got bonus can already.

The main reason why i didnt update my blog is tat my desktop had been giving me tremondous trouble time and time again ! Eventually, through the advice of Jason C, got myself a laptop which offers convenience and can connect to my large LCD Monitor to view my variety shows.

Went over to SLS on a weekday afternoon, after 10mins of 'loitering', got this Toshiba Satellite M300 Laptop. Windows Vista suck big time, super slow. Advice for other users not to buy something preloaded with Vista, knn slow. Damage $1299 after gst with bag + laptop cooler.

Uploaded hundreds of photos from my phone to laptop. Its so scary carrying loads of photos in my mobile without any place to backup. FYI, lost my mobile during the period of time when i can't transfer photos to PC, luckily was returned back to me.

Planet FitnessYes...these few months haven been blogging, neither updating any events. dats b'cos i was slacking at home after i quit my job in PSA after enduring 7 months...

I dislike shift work and hate being rostered. I hate having to work during public holidays and weekends. Worse in PSA is that there's overnight shift duties which you have to stay awake and vigilant throughout !

This clearly interfers with my gyming activities, pubbing activities or watching my variety shows. So i, in search of my 5 days office hours work week, obviously in vain after so many months, i found myself landed into Planet Fitness again !

This time round i didnt apply as Personal Trainer, i decided to do sales. I chose Planet over California, cos Cali is really like a junk place for kids to workout in now. Didnt try Fitness First cos i suppose i wont get so lucky, of course if i can choose, i would want to work in Sky Fitness @ HarbourFront.

Anyway, this is AGAIN a rostered, no weekends or holidays job. But at least no overnight duties, at least i can use the gym, at least there are pretty customer service girls, sales meimei and female customers ! Its gonna be a hell lot of difference working in the Navy / PSA.

Wish me luck...hope to stay long in this line, but i will also try my hardest to find myself a post where i need not work shift and weekends...

2007 Most Watched Variety Shows

It has been concluded that the latest trend in watching variety shows are those that positioned themselves as 'Talk Shows' (谈话性节目). And the most popular type of shows which the younger generation loves to watch are those singing or talent competition shows.

I strongly believe the variety show, 超级星光大道 currently in their 2nd series, recently this starting year announced they will be recruiting Singapore & other countries contestants for their 3rd series competition, will become a major attention seeker contest in all chinese countries.

Meanwhile, let me conclude my most watched Top 3 variety shows in 2007. Top of the spot goes to.....我爱黑涩会 !
A talk show with 黑人as the host, sometimes accompanied by assistant 大牙 or 小香. Anyway, most importantly for readers here will be photos, guess for those who loves variety shows will already know about this show. Need no more introduction.

I didnt post those pixs which are screenshots in their recording studio when they are filming, cos those shots are always shown on air every weekdays if you watch it on tv. I rather post some live outside pixs for all to view.

Both pixs above and below is 米恩, one of my many favourites in the show. Second upcoming should be a newcomer 小华 which perhaps next time then i will post her pix.
I will leave it to sharp eye SHE to guess who this 米恩 resembles.
When 米恩 was 16years old when she entered the show...and look how she look like when she is now 19years old...

Number 2 spot goes to 康熙来了，talkshow with Selina as co-host as 小S just finished giving 2nd birth now shld be doing her 月子。
周日八点党 has a segment call 躲猫猫 which is my personal favourite as well as GE, had saved into DVD for her cos this show each episode takes up about 600-800mb of space.

KALLANG PAYA LEBAR EXPRESSWAY

It's ridiculous, never had i dreamt that i will be summoned for speeding riding such a tiny miserable bike !

I hereby declared that KPE is meant to be a trap.

Firstly, when entering KPE from AYE, we are already travelling in an expressway at a speed of about 80-90km/hr, some bigger cc vehicles might be zooming at ard 100-110km/hr. Its very difficult to slow down while we are in another expressway to 70km/hr.

Secondly, this expressway is so new, relatively less traffic, i understand the concern is that it is underground, and should accident happen, traffic will clog up & get congested. But...that's the disadvantage of having an underground expressway, accidents bound to happen anyway, why reduce it to 70km/hr ? Accidents will still happen at any speed, so be reasonable, i feel 80km/hr is alright, and there will be a leeway of 15km/hr for deviation. I'm very sure my miserable bike can go at most 90km/hr and will be coughing if i go up till 100km/hr. Which means, this stupid camera doesn't set a leeway, it will shoot u once u are above 70km/hr. The rules of the game is that, they will summon u if u exceed by 20km/hr. So, i must be caught travelling at 90km/hr zun zun lor ~ 妈的....no leeway.

Talking about the camera, till now i still cant figure out where that stupid camera is hiding !!! At least those at ECP, or minor roads like Yishun, it is highly visible. The warning signs of Speed Camera is also sooooo small, on the left side of the tunnel, its really small if u compare with other speed camera warning signs. Man In Blue once said, setting up speed camera is NOT to catch people, the main purpose is to PREVENT accident from happen as that locations where they placed cameras are accident prone. KPE so new they already know is accident prone ?

超級星光大道第二季

Slept thru my christmas eve while trying to chase 超級星光大道 2 episodes. Taiwan singing competition is really creative in creating different themes for these singers to compete against each other.

More creatively is they even from dunno elsewhere, drag in super good singers who are relatively unknown to PK these last standing 6 competitors ! And the most scary part is, these challengers once a while will PKed out the competitors !

My fav competitor was 魏如昀 above, 23yrs old being PKed out by the girl on the left called Alisa, think she came from US & won singing awards there. 魏如昀 was singing her self created song If I Could which i feel the song is well written.

Second fav competitor was 黄美珍, the pic below shows her PKed by a 7yrs old little boy. To view this episode, u can use YouTube to view it.

My last fav copetitor was 李千哪 (below), who frequently uses hokkien songs to get pass each stage. The main reason why i keep on using WAS is bcos all of them were been kicked out from the last 10 round. Just finished downloading the Dec 28th episode, gotta go catch it again !

'Rhapsody of the Seas' debuts in Singapore

'Rhapsody of the Seas'

On 9th Dec 2007, this cruise Rhapsody of the Seas made news in Singapore when they 1st dock here. She is supposed to be docked at Singapore Cruise Centre at Harbourfront, but she is so damn tall, having 11 decks could run into the cable cars there.

So, this uber huge cruise came to Pasir Panjang Terminal then. I had wanted to take a picture of it, cos i really never seen such a big cruise before ! FYI, it is stated in the Channelnewsasia, this is the biggest ship to homeport in Asia.

Most importantly, i m trying to test out my new hp, N82 which boasts 5 megapixels to take photos.

Please bear with the poor phototaking, cos it was drizzling then, and i had already stationed myself far away from the ship in an attempt to take a photo of the whole ship......but it is really too big to capture in a single shot.

Car Watchman

After driving for some days & i got to know the layout of the uber big terminal well, its time for me to relax ~

These days, once nobody call me on the walkie talkie, i will be driving my mentor who is with me, to our Pasir Panjang 'showroom'. PP has allocated a big plot of land for parking brand new cars which will be transported out by car carriers or sometimes cars that are being imported to Singapore.

As we have been going to this 'showroom' so pretty often, my mentor call our new 'job' as Jagar Kreta = Car Watchman ! Yesterday heard from someone in office saying there's a few Evo 10 at our terminal, being a watchman, i must go & investigate ( or test drive ).

The white hair fellow in the top right hand corner is my mentor inspecting which model is this Mitsubishi Lancer. I don't know about car models, anyone care to verify is this Evo10 ? If not i will have to look around in the terminal tomorrow :P This Honda S2000 looks more for the ah sia kia to drive. Not suitable for commoners.

Two whole rows of BMW 5 & 3 series, they are coated with a layer of 'oil' or whatever it is for protection purposes. After taking this photo, car carrier again unload several more BMWs which are covered up with a foam covering. Do i have the look of a BMW owner ? Think it is not possible...lets carry on & see what normal cars we have.

Taxi Driver

Ever since at my tender age of 18, i had always wanted to learn driving but it is only till 10yrs later that i really learn or drive.

The reason why i took so long to get myself behind wheels is cos i hate been enclosed inside a vehicle with sooooo many blind spots. Perhaps is also bcos i got my class 2B too early i felt i had got my mobility problem solved.

I still remember i took a bus to BBDC with a poly friend ( who since lost all his license ) who told me i could register myself even though i am 17yrs old !!!! Of course, that day i didnt manage to register myself but ever since i got into a series of problems after getting my motorcycle license....

*Caught speeding against a female scrambler rider, demerit 8points.

*No license riding class 2B, class 2A & class 2 bike. Crashed till total loss after 2mths getting my class 2B.

*Charged against illegal racing, hired a lawyer to defend myself. Case took 7mths to get myself discharge from the case.

*Apprehended for illegal modifications.

*Bike stolen while clubbing at then Venom.

*Failure to display 'P' Plate.

*Record 4 times been caught drink driving brought back to TP HQ. Umpteen times being let off on the spot.

Seriously getting me to learn driving is bad enough, and now i have to drive around terminal for 8hrs is hell like a taxi driver ! I suppose bikers will sub-consciously know how to drive, cos on the 1st day i drove a manual car even without learning.

The pix above is a 3 litre auto-gear Musso which is the vehicle assigned for my learning purposes. Though i know eventually as a pier officer, i will be driving around in another vehicle which is manual, but heck ! who cares, i feel its still the same.

For the next 2mths, i will be a taxi driver. Bless me good luck driving around with those super fast trailers mounted with tons of containers zooming dangerously in the terminal.

Javanese Massage

After 2mths of working 3 rotating shifts, working 6-7 days a week, i realised my body cant simply rejuvenate through sleeping on my bed alone.

I feel i need a good massage and i have been eyeing this siglap branch of Traditional Javanese Massage Hut for a long time. My 1st experience of Javanese Massage was in Pulau Pontianak in Indonesia, i didnt try it, but my friends had wonderful experiences with Javanese Massage.

Back in Singapore, i visited a pub at Siglap, one of the girls inside knew Javanese Massage do it for me unknowingly at first. But within 1 min, i was already sober with extreme pain from it !

Last week i made my 1st visit to this Traditional Javanese Massage Hut, true enough, i was in extreme pain most of the 90mins of massage. But its ok, cos i know whats happening.

Javanese massage uses deep thumb pressures thumb pressures pushing, pressing and circling along and around the body's energy meridians to break down tensely knotted muscles and to stimulate the body's lymphatic system into releasing its self regenerative power. It is accompanied with simultaneous stroking palm movements, squeezing and pushing against the skin and veins to improve blood circulation.

Wharf Ops Supervisor Test

PSA Institute, a place for all employees to take further courses to upgrade themselves to attain higher post. Of course, new employees had to come here too.

To update you people on my current job status, i had passed my Wharf Ops Supervisor test & my 1st work alone shift is today 1030pm-7am ! Oh....PSA, unlike AssAF, there's no time for you to sleep.Before the test i had to go through a 10days crash course mentored OJT with a super senior nice colleague.

The small yellow cabin at the bottom of the Quay Crane is my working place for the next 3mths. Its super cold inside which i obviously favoured, but notice there's no toilet nearby ! Guess where do we pee or shit ? Other than that, its your own cabin with no one to disturb you.

I was blessed with good luck to have such an experience & friendly mentor, other than work, we can chat about practically anything ! Day Shift we talk about stocks, Afternoon Shift we talk about News / Way of Living / Religion, Night Shift we talk about Ghost Stories !!!

Apart from him buying me lunch, kopi 'O', sometimes when the work seems to be the same for the rest of the day with nothing much to learn, he let me off an hour or 2 cos he said i stay far away ! Fwah ~ He can't imagine i was working in Tuas for the past 7yrs !

Passed My 5th Final Theory Test In My Life !

Though its not my 1st time passing this stupid test but i still went around asking for Final Theory Books while in the forces. I asked around....if not remembered wrongly, from Elgin & Ang who both had either just passed their exam / got his license. Both agreed to pass it to me, even till i ORD they still had not pass to me ~

Kind soul NAH whom i didnt approach cos he had passed his license long long time ago, (for the same reason why i did not approach those who had been driving for a long time ) pass it to me !!!

I took a pic of it cos of his cute drawings & some nonsense wordings written below. These nonsense wordings so very resemble what i will scribbling all over the Ops Room previously.

Regret of The Century !

Today its drizzling. Last night should stay at home. But a call to check with Deyi what time will he wake up for the 10km run, let me know that he is meeting our ex-Ping Yi school mates at Settlers Cafe !

I had noticed Settlers Cafe few times when i am rounding at Katong area for pubs.

I didnt join Deyi at Settlers Cafe in the end, i made a de-tour to Pub DragonFly along St.George Street. I promised myself to leave at 12am, but....u know, fren meet fren & in the end i left at 3am plus ~~

I apologise my absence to SHE ! But i was glad to know that made some frens & even decided to join the next run with Johnny Leow.

Deyi is my saviour...he told me at 11am plus...i can still collect goodie bag, pls allow me to show u guys what i had 'kapok' at the counter !

The above singlet is given to Fun Run 5km runners, but i kapok another singlet i guess should be the 10km runner singlet from Deyi.

It look different from what SHE got from the Mizuno Run....any idea how come ?

Senior Operations Supervisor

Its confirmed ! I will be starting work this 30th July 2007, decided on a auspicious date 20/07/2007 !

The starting pay is above the minimum sum of $ which i will need in order to survive in this planet. However, a bulk of PSA bonus will not be in my pocket until 2 yrs later when i am officially the Snr Ops Supv.

Job scope of a Snr Ops Supv is very wide. Although most of the time we will be station in ops room to ensure ground work is in place, i heard sometimes we will be driving their jeep around in wharf to ensure things are in proper.

The last few days we were here at Alexandra, PSA HQ office for interview. After the round of interviews & those shortlisted will be back here as a meeting place for us before we set our way to Pasir Panjang Terminal for 'Height Test' !

The primary motive for us taking the 'Height Test' is to make sure we are not afraid of height, which during the 3mths course we will be deployed at the ground to understand the ground work procedures.

If from this pic, u cant feel how high this 'Height Test' is...let me tell you, we are suppose to climb the lowest crane in PSA, using its stairs. Climb up and climb down, thats it. No need to Jump down or do FEAR FACTOR !

GE said that from the look of this pic, it is as if 3-4 stories high only. Pleaseee.....when all of us are climbing up halfway, most of us are panting heavily needing a rest. All of us reached the top happily and take a break.

On the way down will be much easier. So as i thought. But the moment all of us reached the ground, our legs are trembling. Our group, consist of shortlisted candidates for various posts, just cant stop their legs from shaking !

Heard from the trainer, the next few days our leg muscles will ache badly. True enough, now is already 20th July & i had signed the Letter Of Appointment, my legs are still aching.

Its a good excuse to tell Deyi & SHE on 22th July i cant do a good run for the Mizuno Wave Run 2007 !

PORT OF SINGAPORE AUTHORITY

Could it be this organisation ? Hope so....really tired of looking around for jobs. Don't think people of my calibre should take so long sourcing around rite ? Haha.. :P

Went for an interview this morning 0830hrs, fwah ! Really so onz for PSA to conduct interviews soooo early. However, when i reached, it was like Singapore Idol Audition, with close to 30 guys eyeing for the same position ! And i waited close to 11am when i was interviewed by 3 middle-aged interviewer.

Was worried. B'cos i do not wish to find jobs again, if unsucessful, i will go back to my Personal Trainer post in a month's time.

To my amusement, the first 10 mins of the interview session got me talking about my gym workouts, how to plan for each workout, the frequency & what if fren's jio u out for a drink !!!! All these questions are easy to me man...after being interviewed by California & Planet Fitness.

They got me to touch a bit on my last career, which to THEIR amusement, RSN is REALLY protecting the nation ! 2/3 of the interviewers do not buy my words. The other 1 is really a silent man.

I left after a short 20 mins or so interview feeling pretty confident. But to fight against so many guys, i still must show some respect to them. But having a 10yrs in the RSN title with me really gives me a competitive edge.

On my way home at the expressway, phone got ringing, decided not to answer. When i made the call back, its PSA ! Oh yes...tentatively got the job, but must pass this coming Monday Medical Test. Dunno wat isit, but the attire is t-shirts,jeans & sneakers....hmmm~

SOKA 40TH ANNIVERSARY

Since i am currently contributing to Singapore Unemployment Statistics, i is super free. On this special occassion, many people will be attending wedding dinners or watching Transformers in the cinema, here i am at Singapore Indoor Stadium !

Yeah...its my 2nd time visiting the Indoor Stadium. 1st time is long long ago watching an international lion dance show.

Needless to say, this event is being invitied by LLB, a very devoted Soka Member. I enjoyed every moment of the event which is co-hosted by ex-TCS actor 朱永清.

As photography & videography is prohibited in the stadium, i only managed to take 1 photo which is at the finale.

Frog Porridge

EMINENT FROG PORRIDGE

Yesterday went to Geylang for lunch after going for a supposed to be training for my new job 'Full Time Interviewer' post for Talyor Nelson Sofres, a marketing research & information group.

Main reason why i did not take up this post is that, i suffered a tremendous setback when Planet Fitness did not offer me a post. Planet Fitness General Manager assures after i completed my gym course, i will be straight away employed by him. So how ? I rejected California Fitness liao, so meanwhile i have decided to concentrate hard of studying my course & not do any other thing !

Anyway back to the makan part, the stall auntie tries to sell my 2 + 1 frogs porridge package. She said, buy 2 free 1, very worth it, small vietnamese girls can finish 1 person ~

I am not greedy. 1 frog maybe too little. But 2 + 1 is simply too many. Then she tried to sell me 2 frogs only, no free ! I was thinking, 妈的, who on earth will order 2 frogs but dun wan the free 1 frog ???

She did not accelerate my decision making by asking the stall assistant to hold up a LIVE FROG, skinning it & stripping the skin. Auntie said dun worry, all frogs are live & fresh ! The sight is far too disgusting with the blood all spill over the walls !

I ordered 1 frog only @ $8. When i was sitted, i saw this menu. Orh....2 + 1 is $16, there will be people ordering 2 frogs only, bcos it will cost slightly cheaper @ $13.

All the while the auntie is trying to use a marketing & selling strategy to target cheapskate & greedy people in getting the 2 + 1 free package. Anyway, the 1 is not free mah, it costs you additional $3. She's smart in emphasising the FREE 1 thingy.

Conclusion, most of the things in this world is not free. The smile on your face now should not be taken for granted too...

Reject Job Offering

CALIFORNIA FITNESS

Okie...eventually i will not be featured among them. I did not sign on the dotted line. I stared at that piece of contract for about 5 minutes & pushed it back to cute HR girl.

Earlier on there's a guy who read the terms & conditions & he left shortly, telling me to inform cute HR girl that he's leaving & will get back to her.

Apart from California after 3mths no pay structure, i am also a bit worried about their bond of 1 yr.

Though the cute HR girl explained to me its not a bond. But anything that i need to payback a sum of $ if i leave their service before a stipulated time, i call it a BOND !

To make things worst, i will not be able to jump boat within 12mths if i quit. Cute HR will not tell me how they are going to trace our movements, she said its their trade secret. Anyway, i had heard from fren's fren who jump boat after 3mths training course with California. But cute HR said, if found out, California will take legal actions against us....argh....

Oh ya...in that room, there's also another hokkien pia guy. He's from RSS Sea Wolf ( Navy ) ! He said i look familiar...perhaps all regulars look similiar ~ He signed on the dotted line happily....

Other than the above mentioned reasons why i did not sign the Letter Of Appointment, i am going for Interview with Planet Fitness tomorrow !

I will give my best shot to secure this job. Hopefully there's no bond. California is now filled with students & low income group, not much chances they will be able to afford Personal Trainers. Even my current workout gym Fitness Plus advices me not to join California, instead if given a chance, take Planet Fitness / Fitness First.

FYI on an average Personal Trainer in California $2-3k

Planet Fitness / Fitness First potential earnings $4-6k

But that largely depends on how many or how long people want to train with you. I think i need some plastic surgey, where's Dr Woffles Wu ?

BodyFat Loss Program

MIZUNO WAVE RUN 2007

I was never a long distance runner. For distance, i mean anything more than 800 metres ! In primary school to secondary school, i am almost an atheletic, winning in sprinting competition. ( 100 - 200 metres sprint ).

My weight in 2003 is 60kg, within 3mths, i literally force it to increase to 100kg at Dec 2003 ! But due to my height, 100kg does not seem fat on me. I took to weight training & cut down on my 6 big meals to 4 big meals & since then maintained at 90kg.

I had attempt to further cut down on BodyFat Percentage by adding cardio in my workout routine. BMI is a stupid indicator. So is weighing scale. That's the reason why new gadgets include those BodyFat calculation, some include water % too.

In a bid to motivate me to keep cardio into my routine & cardio to me is BORINGzz, i joined a 5km Fun Run ! Yeah...The Mizuno Wave Run. But 5km to me is not fun at all.

I jogged at treadmill, sometimes at Bedok Reservoir, i still can only barely complete 3km.

See ? Even if i'm tired of going for interviews looking for jobs, i still make time to commit good deeds. I strongly encourage all HEALTHY friends to regularly visit HSA BloodBank for blood donation.

Other than being able to help someone who is in need of you, donating blood can actually 'clean' out the old blood in you & your body can reproduce new blood. Anyway, its not that pain at all.

I wanted to take photos of their operating room to show you guys how it is being done. Perhaps it can change your impression of donating blood machiam like going to dental in primary school.

But i did not. Cos there are too many chiobus around, don't wanna give them a wrong impression i am taking photos of them. You know ? Recently taking people's photos, especially Missy photos can be dangerous to your reputation !

California Fitness

Went for their Walk-In Interview at their Bugis branch on Thursday. Apparently i am the 1st Interviewee as i reach there exactly on the dot at 2pm.

Was interviewed by a guy, who didnt intro himself, or i didnt even bother to remember his name at all. Asked a crucial question which i answered perfectly to his pleasure ! Perhaps thats the benefits of not drinking & keeping sober when going for interview !

Anyway the working hours is disatrous. 6 Days a week, each day 12 hours !!! Which means, deducting my 8hrs of sleep, i am left with only 4hrs which includes my travelling time & own private time !

Worst is the salary, although $2000 for the 1st 3 months seems to be fine. But after the 3rd month, salary will be dropped till $1000 & the rest is based on commission.

Most probably not going for this job. It will drain me dry. As like PAPayas draining Sickaporeans dry with all its crap & policies.

( FYI, i applied for Sales Consultant, not Personal Trainer )

Salon cum Dinner Session

In a most unexpected situation, i went into JB for my haircut & dinner on Sunday evening. Its been a long time since i went inside. especially so when i have no Boozing on my itinerary anymore in JB.

SiamKia had some errands to run in JB & revealed to me he might be going in to JB for a hair wash, just so coincidentally that i wanted to cut short my hair, i requested to join him plus a dinner.

Since SiamKia was unable to locate his usual salon joint, i suggested Jewell to him which he gamely agreeded. Jewell had a few new gals working, with a few old-timers still around. Did not take any pixs of the gals as that day the salon was simply too busy & crowded.

I supposed this is the most prominent temple near Sentosa. Had always passed by this temple whenever i am on cab but never once did i stop by to offer joss sticks.

Temple is front by 玄天大帝.

Surprisly, this the 1st time i saw a Taoism temple having Lord Brahma ( Four Face Buddha ) in it.

Lord Brahma ( Hinduism ) is made popular by Thailand ( Buddhism ) but inside a ( Taoism ) temple !

Boozing At A Different Place

10th May 07,received a 'Private No.' call, i thought its must be 'GE' calling, most of the time its at this late night she will gimmi a call after her work.

Haiz...but its another good drinking fren of mine Bok, he managed to persuade me for a drink although i rejected him saying i just went for a jog.

Sakura KTV is located at Geylang Lor27A, its near my house & precisely thats the single most important reason why i agreed going down for a while.

Sometimes, its really 人在江湖，生不有己。。。i really do not enjoy boozing in ktv rooms, not b'cos of its expenses though, but my time had pass. I still prefer pubs or lounges to chill out. The cost of a bottle is $238 for room. $198 if u sit at the hall.

Bok had 2 bottles at the table when i reach & ordered 4 MORE !!! He's an serious alcholic, it became worse now that he lost his driving license...

In the end i was persuaded to go to '97' at Orchard till late...below is the ktv room in '97'. FYI, '97' there's no GROs, the gals were brought over from Sakura KTV.

BASIC EXERCISE COURSE

I am sick today, had not been sick for a long time. Perhaps its time for all the virus & bacterias in my body to release it out. However, there's still good news for me, i had passed my BEC course ! The passing mark is 70%, it consists of various components of fitness. The worst part to remember is Anatomy. You know, those medical or scientific terms they use to name body parts ?

Its ok...i'm always lucky in exams. Now i am done with it, i had to seriously think how to proceed to the next stage to get myself professionally certified. Just in case you guys are wondering, no, i am not really interested to be a Personal Trainer or Gym Instructor. Learning all these had always been my interest. I just want to get myself certified to prove my creditibilty ONLY.

I took this course amist my normal work & boozing nites at this place call Fitness Plus. Which has now also become my workout place. Here's a pic to show how the class is being conducted, it sure is boring. And some pics of the gym.

Its no good to booze whole day whole nite. So guys, don't try this even if at home, 叔叔是有练过的 ! On last Saturday 07th April i started my day at Singapore Expo, going for the John Little Mega Sale. You know, one of those things that kept me occupied is doing up my room.

After buying some really consumer-durable stuffs at the sale which i seldom spend $ on, i suddenly remembered i had ordered some things from a pub which i hangout pretty often. And the boozing starts from 5PM ....

I asked a favour from pub owner Ah Fu for some pub decor. He got me 2 Carlsberg mats, u know those type which pubs placed on their bar counter ? I can use it on my table as mouse pad. Its pretty useful when you are drinking coffee & are afraid of stains on your table too.

Talking about non-stop boozing, its been some time since i post pixs on it. Here you go...

Above events took place at Lollipop, a ktv pub near Outram Mrt & DragonFly. Did not include my usual hangout pub as its a super boring place with nothing in value to show. I had earlier on my post states that i had visited a place which i do not wish to reveal unless i had the test done.............

Now i am gonna reveal to you guys, i went to DSC Clinic. Actually for those who even maintained a single partner relationship should also be advised to constantly go for checkup.

DSC Clinic offers anonymous testing services at a mere charge of $20. This is a place where anonymous HIV testing is available in Singapore (i.e. you do not need to provide your identity). No personal particulars are recorded even with positive results. Test results are available within 20 mins of doing the test.

All you will be known inside DSC Clinic is thru the serial number printed on your receipt. In this case it is 28063. You will be known as this number throughout the whole procedure, which actually only involves in a short ( <3>

It is 99.99% accurate ! Even if you challenge for a full blood test in a hospital, chances are if you are positive, you are positive.

TTP's Yishun Female GP told him to be faithful in order to get a negative result. I do not fully agree with it.

01 ) So what if you are faithful but your partner isnt before ?

02 ) So what if your partner is REALLY faithful but his/her ex isn't ?

03 ) So what if all are faithful but it just takes an idiot who had sex with his/her partner who does not know he/she had HIV ?

Today, got the motivation / courage to visit a place...however due to their weird & usual operating hours, i had to wait from 1130hrs to 1300hrs for their lunch break ! Fwah...such a long lunch break ~

Since i had so much time in hand, i decided to proceed to somewhere more interesting, 四马路。

You see, its really so interesting. There's always something funny happening at this stretch. The above 2 persons will not move at all. The only time they will move is when someone donate ! Yea...its a fine line between performing & begging.

This guy lagi best. I thought he's gonna perform some tarzan act or so. He had a box in front of him which i thought maybe is some super hot oil which he will perform by standing in there & endure for some time.

Yup, i got into a traffic accident on 13 March 07 & i got myself another bike on 14 March 07. After some paper work which i did not even do it on my own ~ the bike is out on 16 March 07 !

There wasn't a little bit of excitment in me. None at all. When i took the bike which is ALREADY at my hse carpark, i just started the engine & moved off.

I didnt examine,inspect, or look around, let alone say admire. There will be no bike worth my attention other than the brand D_C_T_ !

Went to Powerstation Grand Official Opening. Initially i was a bit tired, probably after my gym workout but i still proceeded to St.James, thinking of going there for an hr or 2 shld be fine.

0400Hrs while i was travelling back home along ECP Marine Parade, i highly suspected i fell asleep....and the rest of it you shld know...

Anyway, had multiple abrasions and superficial cuts. Its really miracle that i suffered only these consistent abrasions pain, no other boney problems. Most importantly my face is still ok ! Haha...

BLOOD DONATION

Friday i went over to HSA which is located within SGH at Outram area. Yeah...as shown above, i went for Blood Donation ! I had always wanted to donate blood for a good cause. Good karma. A good way to start off this Year Of Pig.

You see this little Reddie ? Reddie is their mascot, its so cute, apparently to ease those fear of donating blood people. HSA is open all days except Monday. Friday open till late 8pm. I went on friday and i notice their door DO NOT close until 8pm sharp. Which means they are prepared to work OT !

Ginger Cafe, a nice place for you to relax after you are drained off a packet of blood. Depending on body weight, you will be asked to donate 300ml - 450ml of blood. I heard 300ml is very little only.

Oh ya...its weird ! There's lotsa chio bus donors ! I didnt know its such a trend for chio bus to donate. I guess it will add 1 more reason for me to be a regular there.

After so long, did i mention i was rejected ? Its b'cos i had a minor surgery to remove My Humps on January. So i gotta wait till April b4 going again. Its good somehow. B'cos i was drunk on Thurs nite after having a drink at Johore. The recevier who took my blood may get drunk too ! Haha...after their blood transfusion, they still unable to wake up due to too high liao ~~~

I will continue to complete my quest for being a blood donor. And i will be signing up to be a Bone Marrow donor too. Stay tuned.

Lemme think...after collecting 3 more payslips, i will be leaving my current job which i had been with them, either emotionally or rather i should say physically only ! Haha...

I always look forward for outings or events. This CNY Visit, i rounded it up with a visit to a new couple new nest. The whole event was rather joyful, especially with Andy free flow of wine ! I really wonder how on earth did they have soooo many bottles of wine around !

There's not many 'standard' drinkers around, luckily VJ did not disappoint me with his countless of 'cheers' with me. Really look forward to more gatherings or outing...

ANGEL LOVER

While most of the crowd is busy watching 花样少男少女 or 转角遇到爱, both currently the hottest Taiwanese drama serials, i particularly recommend all to watch Angel Lover.

Its not as what i initially expected, u know ? Those Handsome but poor guy fell in love with a rich pretty girl but who is a spoilt brat. Or a super-wealthy rich son fell in love with a poor pretty girl.

The plot is interestingly done up by a director called Deng. The main reason why i chose to watch this serial is b'cos of the 2 凯渥 ( CATWALK ) model agency gals. A simple synopsis of the show is basically 5 nice guys being hired by Jiang Yi ( one of the models ) to help solve all sorts of love life problems or emotional difficulties their clients faced.

This show promises to bring tears & joy to many. And it also provides an avenue for people who simply do not self-reflect on themselves. Those who had always no time to treasure their loved ones. Those who do not treasure their lives.

Had it not been the continously broadcasting of CNY songs over the radio, i will not be able to feel anything.

This is the temple which i will surely visit during CNY period, other than Palelai. Located at a downslope at Chai Chee, it was said to be the 'governor' of all the spirits & livings of Bedok which used to have a cemetery.

The Tiger God is said to open 4D every year during CNY & lotsa faithful devotees gained quite a tidy sum !

Outing this time round is again at Riverside on 2nd FEB 07. The food is priced reasonably with lotsa varities to choose from. However, this is like the 4th time going to the same location for outing makan session, i do feel very bored already.

As our Chief Entertainment Officer, Fred left early for his own birthday celebration, he closed his account too early. Therefore for HIS info, there's 2 more jugs of beer that had not been accounted for. Everyone was responsible for drinking the beer as shown in the above pixs !

But 2 Jugs sharing among so many & in such a damn sian place, how fun could it be ?

But never mind, i will find my own program !

The Clinic is hyped as one of the more interesting themed pub....but as it turned out, nothing except the 4 Missies are able to hold our attention long enough. I expect more of hospital stuffs, equipment, uniforms or sorts....but there's nothing. Even this cute Miss Fransca promoting Syringes Shots, this idea had been in the market for so many donkey years already.

Deeply Missed...

许玮伦 always appear as a cute & bubbly character in varitey shows. I'm not into Taiwan's Drama serial, therefore did not watch any of her serials.

She met into an accident on 26th Jan around 11am. She was sitting as a passenger and her female assistant was driving from Taipei to Taichung when the car skidded & hit a railing before rear-on by a truck. The assistant only suffered minor abrasions but 许玮伦 got into a coma state 3. State 3 is a measurement for DEEP COMA.

On 28th Jan 19.37pm, doctor declared her dead.....

REMOVE STITCHES LOH !

It's time to remove my stitches at Bedok Polyclinic today. However, i had a bad feeling something will go wrong....

Remember how it look like 10 Days ago ? Let me show you My Hump.

Anyway, the worst part is My Hump's cousin, named My Lum. My Lum apparently do not wish to leave me for good, it created lotsa trouble for me !!!

That's how it look initially after the stitches being removed. If you think it look bad enough, please look below !!! I had purposely chose a small size photo so as not to ruin you people's mood.

There's a hole inside lor ! Can use it to catch rain water for those people who like to save rainy water !

Went to Changi Hospital today evening time to check out with their doc. Was told the stitches shouldnt be arrange to remove after 10 Days, cos the wound is soooo deep. I kept on bleeding even when they dress me up again. No re-stitching will be done. Cos the skin had already harderen, i was told to go for daily re-dressing at polyclinic ( which can take u few hrs just to wait ).

If you guys remembered, i had one more ops at my back. Ever since its being operated, i had to sleep on my chest, but My Lum is there ! So, i named my back as My Par cos i have to lie on my front to sleep.

CPR COURSE

Finally last saturday i managed to learn something new on my own accord !

Yes, i paid $80 about 1 or 2 mths in advance the course date which is 27 Jan 07. The CPR Course was conducted at Penang Lane,Orchard at the Singapore Red Cross House.

At the begining of any course, there's always an Instructor who will try to warm up the class. Especially so if the class is made up of different walks of life of ppl or from different working sector.

Instructor Joseph asks how many ppl who came on their own accord ( own pocket money lah ! ) & was highly surprised abt 40% of the class ( 20 ppl ) actually came w/o a gun pointing at their head !

Some ppl will be forced to learn CPR. Those like construction sites or those working in the sports industry. And i was not at all surprise, those who came on their own accord is thinking of going for BEC ( Basic Exercise Course ) next. B'cos CPR is being made a requirement for BEC & subsequently FIC ( Fitness Instructor Course ).

As you can see, there's plenty of ppl entering the fitness industry. Oh ya, there's a Brazillian academy school soccer coach came as well, a Olympic Trainer, FIL Face Skin Body Spa Director & abt 5 babes !!!

Anyway, i passed the test obviously lah. And will be booking the BEC. Still choosing between a Singapore Expo ulu gym Fitness Plus or Planet Fitness at Suntec which gives you a feel more prestige.

Decision will be based largely on Mr Deyi intention. Didnt jio him for CPR course as his job requires it already. But this BEC, no matter what, i will drag him to accompany me.

Marine Fair @ Chevrons

NEW JOB OPPORTUNITIES !!!

The location for today Marine Fair 2007 was conducted at Chevrons. A place very popular for SAF personnel to go for cheap boozing. I was always reluctant to drink at places which requires me to travel through a series of unfamiliar roads which might lead to a ROADBLOCK eventually. Therefore i was not at all aware of how to get there.

Apparently my 'Street Directory' Mr Tracks was unavailable for some assessment. at least that was told to me by TTP. I couldnt locate that stupid Chevrons & since every month they are taking a portion of all SAF Personnel salary as 'contribution', why can't they put up more road signs ??? There's one ONE road sign fyi ! #@x!d%^

Anyway by the time i reaches, the seminar is over !!! 妈的, TTP had asked me here to eat breakfast only ! And the breakfast is sponsored by the Marine Industry peeps. Not by TTP. And yes, the breakfast sucks to the core, perhaps Marine peeps knows how badly treated are we by the AssFI food, so they gives up fuck up food as well.

Semb Corp, the 1st company of the 3 which manages to persuade us to sign up for an application for a post. They do not care when you ORD, even Nov 2007 is accepted. Heard the reason is that SembCorp recognises Navy Personnel experiences & wishes to secure us before we ORD. Even school students currently studying can apply for a post.

SembCorp gives me a nice impression, b'cos i told them i had totally irrelvant Diploma plus i am not at all interested in engineering stuffs, yet the HR Officer check out with his supervisor & rushes out of the exhibition hall to inform me they have a Safety Supervisor post which may suits me ! Ok....watever, i just need a job after i ORD.

I dunno about the above company, but everyone keep calling them ST Marine. Hmm...but their logo is so different. Or isit everyone just anyhow smoke only. The HR Officer is friendly too, explaining into great details what different kind of post is avaiable. But is very humble about their company, saying its a medium size company as compared to Keppel ShipYard. However, their bonus is still around 7 mths !

Totally no idea what this company is offering us ! However i noticed they had sent in a few ex-Navy personnel to give some talk. Since i was late, i can't comment on what their job scope or experience with Keppel Shipyard.

But the main reason why i had totally no idea is bcos the guys at the booth keeps talking to a lady. I believe this lady should be some DXO or NUSAF. Its ok, ex-Navy guys still have some traits left even though they left the organisation. A leopard can't change its spot mah ~

For Him Spa

Nothing much to shout about for this spa.

For Him Spa is located at Roxy Square II. Somewhere near to my used to facial place, call ' Face of Man'.

But, For Him Spa there's lotsa pretty babes attending to you compared to Face Of Man which have lotsa 'guys' attending to you.

However, overall i feel FOM is much more sophiscated & the technology, equipment & human element is much much better compared to FH.

I will not be posting the pretty babes attending to me at FH, cos SSK, aka Mr Tracks warned me not to post pix during this period of time. And at the time of my deeds happen during office hrs....duh ~

DAY SURGERY

Close friends on mine will know that i had this small little lookalike 'nipple' lump on my left thigh. I hated this to the core b'cos it always gives me embaressment whenever i am sun-tanning or going to the gym.

Even wearing shorts that shows this little 'nipple' makes me feel so awkward.

This year, i had decided to get it off me. In order to give it some recognition for being so 'loyal' to me, no matter how i squeeze it, poke it, or cut it, it still stays beside me loyally, i will dedicate this post to....'MY HUMP'

In order to prep for this Day Surgery, Missy told me 2 days earlier i cannot go Boozing ! I was like...妈的 two days is really too much man...~ Anyway i planned to do duty on the 2 days & after duty, i might be too tired to go out drinking.

Then the next day i will wake up fresh & early, also just nice for this early morning surgery.
I had 2 more different looking lumps on my chest & back.

I decided not to take photo of it, just in case if you guys mistaken me for him ( Look Below )

I will not reveal how the surgery operation was. But i had a wonderful experience with CGH & i will definitely go back again cos i have some other weird looking lumps in my buttocks. Oh...there's a cute female surgeon operating me on that day too, she chose my leg. Cos the male surgeon ask her choose mah.

There's 2 more cute missy who are students, cos i heard the female surgeon call them 'Students, help me put away this please'. And i notice everyone is busy setting up the operating theatre, only both of the young missy looking around & observing them, or me. Haha...

Lastly, i swear i didnt request for 15 days MC, which is renewable upon next visit.

My 28th Dec 06 Lunch & 29th dinner was taken at this fantastic duck rice store, secluded in a small double storey shophouses along Beach Road. I really need to give this duck rice store a promotion b'cos i am no fan of duck, duck meat, duck rice or even ' 鸭 ' !

But if you never tried Rochor Duck Rice stall before, you will not have tasted one of the best sincerely made Duck Rice ! The best part of it is the Ten Herbal Soup, which can easily set you back few bucks if you had taken at some other place in Jalan Bersah. However, at here, you can have it free flow whole night ! Hahaha....

CURSE OF THE GOLDEN FLOWER

Initially supposed to have catch this movie at Apple's house during Christmas Eve. But the begining of the movie seems to be soooo boring till all of us in her house decided not to continue watching it after a mere 5 mins !

However, i continued to download the movie, b'cos i know Gong Li pulled off the same stunt which she had done b4 in her previous movie, revealing her nipple.

After watching the whole movie, i found this show awesome. Worth watching at home, but not at the cinema. Jay Chou acting really need some improvement, almost everytime he tried to act an emotion, you can hear somebody laughing in the cinema. Just in case you wonder how i know people laughing although i watch in at home, i said already, i downloaded it, and the source is from.....?

It's Deyi's Bird-Day !!!

Fantastic nite out drinking at Thumper, GoodWood Park Hotel. Once again, my drinking buddy Deyi managed to fend off all those trying to get him drunk guys. Don't get me wrong, i did not participate in trying to make him drunk, i always encouraged relaxed drinking.

New Experiences In Johore

LSB Boozing

Don't intend to write much about this earlier trip of mine in Johore. Basically on Thursday, i had already went in for some boozing but came out very early. 11.30pm to be exact. But i proceeded on to Cloud Nine,Boat Quay, for some boozing with Deyi. Close to more than 1 bottle of Chivas.

Therefore, had no intention of visiting Johore again on Friday. However, due to some renovation works going on around my estate, i couldnt sleep in peace on Friday morning. In the end, i visited Johore again !

Reached there, strolling around, saw some Navy guys in the car workshop modifying their cars. Had a quick chat & then i noticed another vehicle by the number 6075 proceeding towards a car workshop too. Apparently this fellow must have come for a haircut cum topping up petrol.

Not long after, i saw another black vehicle 1014 parked outside the haircut shop & called on my mobile. Interestingly, the more we tried to meet up together, the harder it is.

It was not long b4 they left in order to beat the late afternoon mad traffic rush. And they recommend me to visit City Square & catch a movie.

After this experience, i guess watching movie in JB will be included in my agenda for daytime activities. B'cos at RM6, its damn cheap lor, the cinema legroom is more than enough for me. Its clean too & spacious.

But since the show starts in 30mins time, i decided to walk walk & take some pixs. Sadly i did not take those students who are now on holidays pixz.

The above photo taken from the food court which is inside. No wonder so many people like City Square. There's practically everything inside. From shopping, gaming, movies to makan. More for those conservative Singaporeans. But for me, i decided to venture into LSB after so many years of absence.

The below photo is taken at Lixin, a secluded LSB. The front door is locked & will not seem to be open for business. And is guarded by a middle-aged man. Lucky for me, i had someone who drove me there & then was told to enter through the back door.

Middle-age man then walkie-talkie comms the dark back alley. Another middle-age man drove his car to Lixin back door & comms to another person. That person then opened the back door & allowed me in. The moment i step inside, the back door is strongly locked again !

2-3 young 20-somethings guys led me to the 2rd floor. I guess the purpose is to make me difficult to escape, or to instil fear in me. I was led deep inside to the far end of the 2nd floor room. Another 1 guy came in & asked for my order. Will not elaborate for here, you guys can try on your own.

Show you 1 of the girls that had. There's 1 more which is much better but i did not have a chance to take her photo. When i left, i saw 10-20 even more better looking girls working there. Tips is generally acceptable at RM10, which they took very happily !

East side refuses to lose to the West or North or South. Geylang Lor 17 recently opened a new God Of Fortune Temple, strategically situated at the most prominent side of the straight road. The walls are painted bright pink, no doors to it, giving the temple a near naked view for all.

Geylang has always been a place where the night never ends. Constant stream of people visiting geylang for various reasons. It has always been a popular place for vices like porno vcds, pirated cigarettes, gambling, drugs, gang fights & prostitution.

Equally colourful is its range & variety of temples. There are actually a few well-known, govt funded & had appeared on TV temples in here. However, this post will only focus on the New-Kid-On-The-Block, the one & only hope for all Sick-a-poreans !

Lastly, let me introduce to you, their God Of Fortune, which i highly suspected is highly influenced by the Tibetian 密宗 religion with a mixture of Taiwaness Chinese Culture. No joke, a tour to the HELL.

Old fren called up to jio dinner. Followed by some drinks...of coz ! So i gladly accepted the date & here i am at Punggol Marina !

A semi-seh Ah De is still thinking of ordering more beer. Luckily we stop at 5 Jugs, if not its really dangerous getting out of the ulu Punggol Marina sibei jialiat road.

Miss Little Lady Boss was happy when we ordered the 3rd jug, cos her pub customers drank super slowly. By the 4th Jug, she already 大发慈悲, not hoping us to drink anymore. Anyway, we finished the 5th Jug & left.

Damaged ? $18 per jug. Not a bad price, only songs are not new. But the sound system is good !

TTP had earlier on in office chat with me regarding Cosy Bay. He seems very interested in knowing this place. Perhaps he was thinking of bringing his Condominum Girl to this place. Hmm...'Water Place' is also a nice Condo.

Had dinner wif Deyi @ Cosy Bay & of coz a few drinks. I decided not to climb up too high this time round. When i first visited Cosy Bay which is about 9 yrs ago, i used to climb till the top of the spiral tower to enjoy the 'High' feeling & a bird's eye view. Not now anymore. Old liao. Plus eating with Mr Deyi, no point climbing up so high ! Hahaha.. Take note you still have to climb down & go a long stretch before reaching the toilet. Drinkers will know how troublesome it is.

Deyi talking on the phone on & off to plot our Phase II activity. While i only used a few minutes to clear my plate of Pork-Dunno-Wat-Name-Meal. Not bad...anyway, 1 jug of Beer during HH is $17, after HH is $20. Damn cheap...i mean to enjoy the serenity, scenery,ambience & quiteness, plus music which you can dedicate from the jukebox, this price is definietely worth it.

OLD LIAO !!!

No boozing22 - for 23 Nov itself. Reason being i am sick of boozing on every single other day, celebrating & boozing like the Gahment gonna ban Alcohol the very next day.

However, this year is not a bad year even though without boozing. Luckily had received a small little present from my drinking kaki Deyi. Yeah...long long time no receive present, normally presents presented to me is in terms of '1 more bottle Chivas', or those people who will say

'Bottoms Up Leh' !

No matter how badly the packaging is, its still a blessing to receive present. Actually intend to post the 'Bird Day Presnt Unveil' photo but think leave some privacy for him bah.

The best thing is lotsa sms blessing came in ! Hmmm....think this year is the most sms i had received. Even from my most busiest SiamKia who had sucessfuly setup his own business.

60's Pub

As requested by fellow guys reader of my blog, they wanted more photos ! Alright, i will show you how a pub in Jalan Serampang ( 彩虹花园 ) look like.

This area is at the reception area, actually the shot doesnt do justice to its deco. There's a few more area that i feel is really artisitc. Anyway, there's a few pubs that looks really nice outside, so nice that i don't feel like going in.

Okie...the above photos not very clear. Humans expectations are always rising. I will try to get N73 once i have my budget okie ? Had seen N73 effect, it will be a big improvement in photo quality. At least its 3.2mp and using Carls Zeiss lens.

Not very pretty. There's lotsa more prettier ones selling me cigarettes & dressed in tight fit costumes. They let me took photos of them, maybe b'cos i bought a LED Lighter from them.

Oh...she's tall, i like tall girls. 1.70m to be exact. In this pub, there's around 2 more at her height. Think Deyi will have a slight impression of her. She tied her hair up & dressed like a model the other night.

I took a darn long nite to persuade her to take a photo. Anyway, she's nice, only ordered a drink for her & she came back every once a while to tcss.

Will look forward to visit this pub again with my best drinking kaki Deyi.

Attended wedding dinner of a family which will become part of my family soon after. Location at AMK Ave 8, some place by the name of Grassroot Club. Apparently Sharkfins should be its best dish, cos its restaurant name is call The Imperial Sharksfin x x x.

Anyway, cleared 01 x Bottle of Red Wine. Had not been drinking Red Wine for some time, really feel the kick of it after downing 1 glass !

Proceeded to a pub which i still cant decide whats the best location can i call it. I exit from Moulmein. But i go along Newton Rd and stop beside GoldHill Plaza. Was clearing 01 x Bucket of Carlsberg ( 5 Bottles in Singapore context ) when i received a call from Elgin.

Elgin : Where's your location ?

Me : At Carls pub, you ? Joo Chiat ?

Elgin : Yeah...at 'A' Gun, wanna go DragonFly listen music ?

Me : Huh oK lor !

Elgin must have thought he was driving monorail or a van which speed limit is restricted to 20km/hr.

I waited for more than 30mins even though i made the wrong way here from Novena. I informed him i will join him when i had 2 bottles left.

The colourful artisitic touchup effect of the Chimney must be the most significant & prominent structure.

Since that Mr Elgin the Late still haven reach, i snap a few more pixs while waiting outside.

I know the above pix quality sucks, but hey man i not using digital camera & the area outside is fairly dark.

Main reason why this Elgin wants me to wait outside is...he wanna join member !

Post Not Suitable For U-18

Last Friday, i went to work at the usual place, taking the usual route which i had been taking for the past 6 yrs. As if the journey to work itself isn't boring enuff, i had to surivive thru 24hrs for that day work, coupled wif my kakis absence...haiz

However at 8 Plus in the morning, i received a call from Mr Tracks , asking me to look up & i saw a little present !

Yeah ! Been thinking about taking this little stuff for years already. But do u know, sometimes it only need a free sample to get you going ? Its like those who when started to learn smoking, the 1st cig is normally a free one....then for the rest of your life ? You have to buy on your own ~

Check up the creatine thingy again this time. Although i had read it up yrs ago & once a while to refresh myself, however when u are at it again, u tend to read it up more !

The above product seriously is not "suitable" for U-18 & not "suitable" for most countries. Refer to your friendly neigbourhood gym for advise.

Boozing @ Johore Bahru Again

After a long break of not going into Johore Bahru, finally i managed to get a few drops of alcohol again.

Nothing special to report, went to Crystal Pub as usual.

I reached there at about 7 plus, there's only the friendly Ah Boon around. Tcss with him for a good 1 hour & suddenly pop in a late 50's year old man. Ah Boon intro him as the previous boss of this pub & showed the certificate with this fellow photo in it.

Anyway, i sensed something wrong with him...

Ah Boon : 你要喝什么 ? Chivas huh ?

Old Man : 随便 !喝醉了你把我扛会家好了 !

This man obviously not coming out to have fun or chill out, can sense from his tone of voice.

Not long after, 3 gals came in & sat wif Old Man.

1 of the girl requested to sing song with Ah Boon. She wanted to sing the song i dedicated to listen 天天夜夜. Thru her conversations with Ah Boon, i understand that these 3 gals been drinking since 1pm.

And really, i really mean all of a sudden, a show started at their table. 1 gal yelling, another shouting, another crazy duno talk what. When i was just about to tell Ah Boon, if i was that Old Man, i will put aside my Chivas 1st, duno wat these crazy gals will do to my drink. All of a sudden, something was being smashed !!!

I thought got show to see...haiz ~ saw 3 gals screaming & sitting on the floor. Old Man hack care the 3 gals. Ah Boon was frustrated with the girl smashing stuffs in his pub & rushed over to tiao her. It was only then i realise.....

SHE COMMITTED SUICIDE IN THE PUB !

FWAH ! This the 1st time i saw someone committing suicide in pub. I mean i saw fights, big or small, or even cat fights but committing suicide in pub is the 1st time in my boozing days !

Exciting man, i wanted to film the aftermath but wonder will it worsen the situation & so ? No show for u guys lor !

Ah Boon drag her out & hail a cab, should be in hospital then. Heard she smashed an ashtray *heng ah...not the chivas* and slit her wrist VERY DEEP. Story no need to relate lah...those love love cry cry stories.

Me cleared 2 buckets & proceeded to 60's Pub at Jalan Serampang. The cutesy waitress is around as usual. It's somewhat packed & the bunch of pretty babes not around this time. Saw some Jurassic Park sitting at my table. Had to ask Supervisor to capture them & place them in proper place, my table is not a ZOO okie !

Okie i had said, i will lessen my drinking session in Singapore, cos i will be mainly concentrating my drinking session in Johore Bahru.

However, you guys must permit me for an explanantion. My Hell Week was over and i hadn't had a drop of alcohol in my blood for sooooo many days okie ! Had i worked in the Morning Shift, this thing will not have happened but...for some watsoever OPS reason, i can't be in the Day Shift with my dear TTP !

Anyway, what i wanna bring about in today post is that, Mr Tracks had heard of a pub in the east side called ST CHEVY in location Katong Village. Being a east side drinker, i cannot be unknown of this place, therefore, i decided to venture what kinda of place is this Chevy about.

I was also concerned about the photos that i took.

Some friends like Mr Deyi will want big big photos,

Some friends will be like Siamkia who will hack care anything as long i don't frame him !

As for friends like Mr Tracks & Mr Bull, they will want more photos with clearer resolution. Anyway, the above photo is the place of Chevy Pub.

I wanted to say to everyone who is reading this post, i got nothing fantastic to offer. I was awake from a deep sleep after this said Hell Week & craving for some alcohol. I decided for myself a short trip to Joo Chiat & had cleared 2 Jugs of Beer BEFORE taking these photos. These photos are taken solely for my motive of asking Mr Track for a drink in the east side. As such, the direction in these photos will be very clear !

Ok ? Understand ? Look out for this signboard at the straight road which shows, KATONG VILLAGE, thers's a couple of pubs in there.

Then at the ground floor, there's this pub with the logo of a car, named CHEVY, and thats the pub.

Personally, i can't offer much advice on this pub cos i feel that, it is more for those driving. I am driving myself, but on a different ORGAN. My Organ can drive very DEEP & FAST. Anyway, this pub had been around for some time. If not remember wrongly, it was under another name which lasted lagi longer.

Gotta catch a nap now. Seems like tml had a outing which i can take more photos for all to view !

B'cos of this Sunday is so super, it had to be separated into 2 parts ! Hahaha...no lah, just too little time to include this few events that had taken place last Sunday.

Was strolling around 大马花园 after my hairwash at Jewel, YES ! Hairwash ! 1st time in my life i go to a hair saloon just to hairwash. That is after TTP jio me to bring him to Bedok 136 for a hairwash.

Anyway, 6pm plus liao still no pubs open there. I will either visit Crystal Pub ( which closes on Sunday ) or X-Feel Pub ( which dunno how come haven open yet ).

Therefore, i chiong to the next best location.... 彩虹花园.

Went to this pub call 60's. Ordered 03 x Buckets of beer costing RM$138. Heard the gals are coming only after 9pm. Okie lor...slowly wait, anyway Deyi & gang will be coming over after their 'said' 'clean' massage.

Sentosa I'm Back !

Its been a long long time since i went back to Sentosa for some sun-tanning. Don't ask me the reason why i went there suddenly. Perhaps is b'cos of Apple new job in Sentosa, bring back some fond memories which i had when i frequented SunSet Bay & Mahalo's in 1995.

Yup, i took the SkyTrain. Costs for 2 persons are $12 for return trip. Return trip means it brings you from Point A - Point B - Point A. Seriously, a return trip is worth it. Like their slogan, Once is Never Enough !!! ( Sounds sooo kinky )

Received INTEL that Deyi will be crossing over the causeway with his 'good' buddies, that alone tempted me to proceed over to JB straight after my Sentosa trip.

Oh yes..not forgotten Nah had highly recommended the Lok Lok outside DNP which he die die also must eat after his every DNP mission. Ok lor...so one more excuse for me to go in.

Yah...the HELL WEEK in my office gonna start on Monday, so i take this opportunity to enjoy myself before the storm begins..

Received feedback from Mr Tracks that i should take some photos of the pubs surroundings during daytime. This would allow him to better view the roads & familiarise the area better.

This time round, i was damn early in getting in. So early that i nearly lose my patience & not drink here !

Upon reaching to the other end of the causeway, the 1st thing that i will normally do is to find a cab. Hey ! I saw the same taxi 阿佬 again ! Fwah...he must be here nearly everyday at the same timing. So, need not talk much, took his cab & visit Crystal Pub 1st.

Cleared 1 bucket at Crystal Pub & decided to venture 彩虹花园. I promised before in my earlier post. You see, my words can be trusted 100% !!!

This 彩虹花园 is actually separated, dunno issit b'cos of the street name or somehow, people just named it differently into 2 parts. Namely Serampang & Pelangi. I thought how big this place will be...妈的 its machiam like Boat Quay separated into Circular Road & the one facing the River.

Anyway, i chiong into 1 pub at Pelangi area, which other than me, i guess only 2 or 3 more tables of customers only. Which means, there are plenty of gals to sit around wif u to tcss ( Talk Cock Sing Song ). The gal that came over to sit over was 19yrs old only, which seems to look like 16 only ! Btw, the operating hrs is till 2am. And She's driving too ! Fwah ~ Malaysia living standard must be verrrry low.

The best part must be at the Serampang area. Which taxi 阿佬 also pointed out, lotsa Singaporeans visit this stretch. But hor...the beer is damn expensive, 1 bucket = RM63 !! Waitress there said DNP area will set us back RM70 !!! Isit....? Why previous time i was charged only RM55 & HH ( Happy Hour ) is RM50. Maybe their words can only believe 50% only.... Went inside JB at with the purpose of going for a haircut plus some drinking...of coz lah....

Was persuaded by the persistently non-pressuring saloon girl to dig ears ! Wah Lao...inside nothing for her to dig liao...told her umpteen times, think last week or so came in specially to dig ears only.

But then again....who can reject such a cutie little saloon girl ? So in the end the bill ? RM 44...i guess so..didnt really rem the bill, was smiling in my heart all along.

This time round, i chiong another place. Heard its a fantastic place to drink with 200 over gals working at this place....its called DNP !

DNP is a building, with the ground floor filled up with a few pubs. Didnt count, think 7. Heard 2 pubs alone shld have 100 over gals. But when i went there, i guess only 20 over gals, angry !

Cost of beer is not as what they said REALLLY expensive, 妈的....same price also mah ! RM55 for a bucket of beer.

In Conclusion, the night is not a happy nite. With 2 Jurassic Park gals stitting with me. Unlike wat NAH & SiamKia & Crystal Pub & JB Taxi 阿佬 said 200 Over Gals ! Their words can only listen 50% !!!

Visited this pub together with Mr Chia who happens to be my last 10yrs drinking kaki. Actually wanted to visit Crystal Pub but heard that Sunday they close shop...funny right ? Sunday shld be a good day for pubbing as well mah.

Anyway this X-Feel pub concept is around the same too. 1 Bucket commission is also RM4. But the cost per bucket seems to be a bit more expensive compared to Crystal Pub . Overall is a OK only pub, luckily for 1 of the waitress who is more lookable & chatty & able to drink. Oh...heard of a club called Eskimo...not very keen but will try if staying overnight at JB.

Traffic seems very fine even though its a weekend...

Next time will seriously consider going in at evening time about 6-7pm. Had always been thinking if wanna go in JB, the best timing will be noon time.

But weekends to me, there is no Best Timing at all !

The whole process took me only 15 mins or so only.

Taking Bus going in seems to me to be the best mode of transport now. I can see the frustrated look of the drivers & the exhausted look of the motorcyclist. Furthermore, if as a motorcyclist travelling back from JB, the custom officers will surely smell or sense a drunk cyclist, which i feel is not worth it at all...

This time round i need to convince myself, washing hair is a part of the agenda going into JB. As seriously recommended by TTP & Fred . Or should i go have a makan at the 大马花园 ? But when i'm about to drink i dun eat ! So....where shall i go now ?

Concept is KTV Pub. But normally if no customers, they will play some Taiwan Varieties Show or ESPN for Live Soccer. There's a pool table behind. Gals will come in & sit wif u for TCSS ( Talk Cock Sing Song ) sessions.

There's no LD (Ladies Drink) in this pub. However the gals will try to snatch credit for asking u to open a bucket, cos the commission will goes to them. 1 Bucket commission is....RM4 commission. Which means, RM1 commission for her for every Bottle.

I fully agreed wif this concept. I hate those concept of buying LD shots, which gals can down it faster than u blink ur eyes. Plus the so call shots is machiam water diluted which does not make the gals high at all ! No High = No Fun !

Proud to be here but enjoyed my stay here only when those stupid 'soil digger' race are not around ! However there's a few exception to these 'soil digger' there are some nice ones lah...

Forgotten to take a photo of my favourite Bedok Swimming Pool. This place looks like a shopping complex with super many people during weekends ! I'm used to the crowd liao anyway.

All of the above activities are done voluntary, except the last event. Which i had expected, will take a loooong time to commence but will want you to report as early as possible !

Its a 5km run at MacRitchie Reservoir. From the schedule, there's a reporting time at 1330Hrs. However it looks more like an illegal gathering until 1500Hrs there's some commotion.

Oh...it's been 6 full months ever since i left this place !

Jogging to me is never fun...yes never fun at all.

I did it just to kill time, keep my weight intact & thats all ok !

Which is precisely why i admire this fellow who wrote this blog named Tracks !

Actually last few days i was here lah...as usual lotsa babes & hunks down here. The Paddlez which conduct DragonBoat sessions here really attract the already high traffic in Bedok Reservoir Park.

Bedok Reservoir is always so happening.

Be it weekdays or weekends.

If weekdays, try visiting from 6pm onwards, you will be able to spot lotsa healthy kakis jogging before having their dinner.

Weekends ? Any timing is okie, however i prefer 3pm onwards, too early i can't wake up in time. 3pm is the 'official' timing for most organisations to conduct LifeRun or Sporting Events. Understand Mr Tracks ?

Oh no...blogs are really useful nowadays !

Small small little things which only the newspaper allocated a small little coloumn, machiam the size of those song ka column, TV shows a clip of less than 1min scene, seems like Blogs can last you quite some time !

I actually wanted to blog about this Clementi Mrt Station thingy, there the pooh boh kia who pushed the girl onto the Mrt Tracks de.

She managed to rush over to the opposite side just upon the train arrives at that station ! Someone took a photo using the camera phone ( Above ).

At 1st i thought is that she wanted to commit suicide. But then i was thinking is she crazy or what why she wanted to go over to the other side & attracted so much attention. Surely very paiseh de mah. In the end then i realised, she said her high heels couldn't allow her to climb back to the platform in time, so she chose to go over to the other side & wait. "Wah...good thinking & fast reaction ! "

I thought thats the end of the episode liao. Only thing noted is the SAF Regular who punched & fought with the pooh boh. This Regular got Blog woh ! Steady lah, just goes to show how bo liao it is to serve the nation. Nothing much to do & have to do blogging to kill time. The miserable pay does not warrant us a high life, so we do blogging lor ! Once a while go outside see can pick up a fight & let people compliment us as 见义勇为 ! as in BlinkMummy's Blog.

10 Rules When Staying In Hotel

RULE NUMBER 01

Before entering the Hotel Room, irregardless anybody is inside, ring the bell or knock on the door.

This translates as "Sorry,I'm only staying here a while" If you are able to speak in the local language, it will be much better.

The first time entering the door, it is best to enter sidewalk inwards. The purpose is supposedly the ghost will be able to leave when you entered. As such you will not bump into IT !

There's a reason for everything. Use the Hotel provided slippers. Put it into use. Placed it near the door, overturn one of the slipper. It was said that the ghost will use the slippers and leave the room.

Place a small amount of salt beside the bed & a glass of water. It was said salt is an essential food for the spirits. And the glass of water is an offering to them, just like we place a glass of water for offering to god.

Before using the toilet, flush it. Beside being hygienic, who knows how long has the room being vacant, places which is clean will also keep dirty spirits from living in here.

Oh No...its been 4 days since last Friday i was down wif the standard illness....cough,fever & running nose.

Since its a genuine case, i decided to pop by my friendly buy always busy SingHealth Polyclinic.

1st thing notice is now they have a ticketing machine for issuing queue number to queue for registration. Thats the 1st stage which can itself takes u 40mins ! The ticketing machine is a touch screen type, where u choose various options... aiya, just show me the missy please !

Next changes is the Pharmacy & Payment counter relocated ! Wah....gotta walk so far to visit the PAP ( Pharmacy & Payment ).

I sick leh...can no need walk so far not ? Got Limo send me there ? Heard IMF had plenty to spare !

Shouldnt i get my medicine 1st & then go pay for it ? How come i should Pay 1st & then go collect my medicine ?

Funny leh...somemore even if i wanna hiong their medicine, i still need to proceed to the Payment counter to get my MC stamped if not it will be rendered invalid mah. Scared i dun play meh ? Anyway now still Zheng Hu paying mah ! So naturally i will take go take my medicine 1st mah.

2 EXPO in 2 HRs !

Its raining !!! And it rained at the specific time when i meet D together to FOOD FESTIVAL 2006 & FITNESS ASIA 2006 !!! Does Ti Gong think this heavy rainfall will dampen our spirits to satisfy our greediness for F & F ? ( Food & Fitness lah...,not fxck & fuxk ! ).

Didnt manage to take much photos, b'cos for this trip, makan is more important than anything. There's also no lovely promoters promoting these foodies. Perhaps when it comes to eating, the tastefulness comes before beautiful girls.

A waterspout - commonly known as tornadoes over the sea - has been spotted off the coast of Sentosa , spooking many who were spending a lazy Sunday on the beach.

Its so funny that many superstitious members of public are now guessing what signs or indication had it upon Singapore.

There's people linking it with Bangkok Four Face Buddha being destroyed with Thaksin's current control over his country to ours....(censored).

`九四一生’

八月十一日凌晨四点多，在一条芽笼小路，一名骑着魔多车的男性正往着小路返回勿洛。

打包好的面还热腾腾的，他以轻松缓慢的速度在左边道路前进。

前面远处有两脚踏车。万万没想到他经然会成为故事里的罪魁祸手 !

在右手边有两的司想要从右手边割进左边进入芽笼小路。于事他就猛裁油门超越了脚车，马上来个左弯。。。。他竟然忘了魔多车骑士以前可是一名赛车手，由于他从右边割进了魔多的路段，的士的门被魔多给撞个正着。

魔多车与人神奇的都没大碍。路过的车辆下来直接批平的士捞。的士里的乘客也为魔多骑士打报不平。

嗨。。。。德饶人处且绕人。的士佬的车门也被撞得扁了，生活工具没了。他苦苦哀求放过他，别据报他否册恐怕职照难保。

做完了些索碎的事后，大家都以平静的心情离去。如果你们有幸趣的话，车牌是 6140 和 909。

大梵天王「四面佛」之出生說法很多，但根據泰國神史書記載：當宇宙洪荒時代，
安達目蒲神「創造之神」擬造一切，遂先創造水，使地球上一片汪洋；然後將植物播於水中，但植物卻長出一隻金蛋，其後金蛋破裂，「大梵天王」生於金蛋中，故又有「金胎」之稱。

但是，在印度婆羅門教派的傳說，大梵天王是由那拉亞那神的肚臍長出蓮花，再由蓮花幻化為四面之神。其後，大梵天王自分為兩部份，一為男性一為女性，然後誕生了大自在天王、韋力王、目努薩哇珍蒲王 ( 人類始祖 ) ，亦即是第一位創造人類之神，於是人遂繁衍不息。

可以說，人類之能在世界上出現，乃是大梵天王所創造。又傳說大梵天王曾創造一女子，名叫莎都芭，以協助創造植物、人類、神仙、魔鬼與各種生靈。大梵天王之性情溫柔，充滿慈悲、仁愛、博愛、公正這四種正直性格。佛教稱之為婆羅門的「四梵行」，也就是佛教之四無量心－慈、悲、喜、捨，所以願降福及濟助一切天神及眾生。
